Industrial Engineer
Job objective:
- This position is for a professional in Industrial Engineering. Leads CI projects, work and support project managers in a range of activities associated with productivity projects, collecting and analyzing data to support studies related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, etc.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Industrial engineering or equivalent
- English (80-90%) Spoken and Written
- Basic knowledge in lean manufacturing tools
- 1- 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Plus: Knowledge in project management and Oracle
Responsibilities:
- Leads the execution of CI projects and ensures related activities are completed in accordance to company objectives and standards.
- Identifies opportunities in manufacturing and supports / work on solutions.
- Works with project management and cross-functional teams and internal customers across the business units to identify process opportunities.
- Identifies the concerns of the customer, probes for answers and actively listens to understand the customers' business.
