Job Title: Machining Production Supervisor

Reports to: Production Manager

Job Purpose:

Supervise, coordinate, and optimize the daily machining operations to ensure compliance with production plans, quality standards, operational efficiency, and safety, in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in CNC and conventional machining areas.
• Ensure production schedules are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines.
• Coordinate shop floor personnel (technicians and operators) assigned to the shift.
• Monitor and report performance indicators (OEE, scrap, rework, production compliance).
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Participate in production meetings, root cause analysis, and action planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Train and evaluate shop floor personnel under their supervision.
• Maintain constant communication with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments.
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly production reports.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related fields).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in CNC machining processes.

Technical Knowledge:

• CNC machining processes (turning, milling, machining centers, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen).
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) and problem-solving methodologies.

Languages:

• Conversational English is mandatory (communication with international teams and technical documentation).
