Responsibilities:

• Acts as customers' primary source of information regarding design, application, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical seals
• Acts as a liaison between customers and the company's sales engineers, technical support engineers, customer service, and manufacturing
• Completes projects requiring both hands-on and mathematical approaches such as failure analysis reports, product performance reports, and engineering analyses
• Evaluates reports and data to support recommendations for improvement, replacement, or repair of equipment
• Conducts technical training as needed for our customers

Qualifications:

• Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
