POSITION OBJECTIVE
Coordinate different departments in order to provide transportation delivery schedules for all inbound shipments to the Querétaro site. Control the overseas logistics budget for Queretaro's site.
YOUR ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ROLE :
Change agent that provides experience in the reduction or eliminate the waste
Facilitator and coach for the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies in production processes.
Lean thinking and promoter of change.
Generator of credibility in Lean tools, with the ability to influence the participation of others
Role model about our values, and BRP core competences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide expertise in lean manufacturing system including training, planning, and provide the training needed for the implementation of the tools to be deployed
Develop and execute strategic plans for implementation of Continuous Improvement based upon the GET assessment.
Coordinate the deployment and implementation of BRPMS methodologies along the different areas and shifts. Plan along with BRPMS Champions the activities, strategy deployment and assure the correct plan follow up.
Collaborate with the responsible of the areas, contribute on the continuous improvement, support on plan deployment and support during the implementation stages.
Support during the development, deployment, and integration of new tools / projects.
Create the environment of collaborative culture, so that new teams lead by Agent can perform with agility and high efficiency and actively participate in Root Cause Analysis to identify areas for improve.
Coach and guidance to the different areas and roles needed to support the strategy.
Organize, Lead, and facilitate events such as Kaizen and Workshops.
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for operation/ process control or performance, and also for improvement opportunities.
Any other task or responsibility assign by immediate boss.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Administration
Specialty: Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma
Experience:
3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing company in contact with Lean Manufacturing tools and the implementation of them, KAIZEN Culture.
Language:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
