Coordinate and schedule deliveries of finished product to customers in United States of America, in a timely manner, ensuring the flow of railcar fleet in full circuit, to contribute to the sales plan, complying with Clariant standards, policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute and manage the dispatch of finished product.
Receive sales orders from CSD, plan their dispatch in the railcar program.
Expedite with the railway, national and abroad, the export clearance.
Manage Invoice shipment, expediting with required documentation, ensuring timely flow of tracking information to CSD.
Controlling the service of logistics suppliers.
Maintain a healthy record of logistics costs.
Analysis of customer's empty railcars report, in-circuit and on-site.
Manage the maintenance of railcars according to the needs of the fleet.
Registration of invoices and follow-up to payment of logistic suppliers.
Manage the necessary authorizations for the registration of deviations for logistics expenses, with their respective allocation in SAP.
Data entry and analysis of data related to logistics expenses and payments.
Requirements
Logistics Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, International Business.
Experience at least of 2 years of experience in export cargo clearance, preferably via Railway, International Logistics.
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, International Treaties, International Traffic and logistics language.
Analytic skills and advance Excel - power BI is a plus.
Team player and social skills, focus on the customer requirements, Planning and Strategic thinking.
Advanced english with high communicational skill.
Experience in SAP and MS Office.
Knowledge of BASC, C-TPAT, SARI.
