Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry and expertise in steel processing and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, production efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, including mechanical, electrical, and automation technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities align with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment related to steel processing
• Monitor KPIs and maintenance budgets; implement cost-saving and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action for recurring issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management roles in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Proven knowledge of steel processing equipment and related maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
• Advanced English is required
