We are currently seeking a Quality Manager C&P to lead and ensure the production and distribution of high-quality refractory products through robust control of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and sub-suppliers.
What You'll Do
Lead initiatives to improve process and product quality, including Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
Monitor and enhance process and product capability; support KPIs improvements.
Serve as a key contact for customer and supplier corrective actions.
Drive implementation and monitoring of SPC, 8D problem-solving, and quality data systems.
Own and manage Control Plans, audit programs, and ISO 9001 compliance.
Coordinate internal audits (LPA and ISO 9001) and lead external audit readiness.
Supervise laboratory testing and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support Sales and Marketing with customer product challenges and quality projects.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
7–10 years in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment (refractories or ceramics preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills at all levels.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean/CI certification (preferred).
Expert in ISO 9001, ISO 14000, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
Hands-on experience with crucibles, refractory materials, and high-temperature component manufacturing.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, quality software, and Microsoft Office.

Experience supplying products to the foundry industry.
Strong background in managing CAPA, audits, and customer-specific requirements.
Familiarity with casting, pressing, drying, and firing processes in refractory production.
Understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to refractory materials.
