The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead engineering teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of innovative projects in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This role is based in Apodaca and focuses on optimizing processes while fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Description

Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Focused on customer requirements and management of complex control systems.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
Monitor project progress and address any technical challenges that arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering workflows.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively within the department.

Profile

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Methodologies
Strong experience in engineering, automation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Proven leadership skills in managing technical teams.
Familiarity with processes in Glass processing, Metal Mechanic and/or Automotive.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
