Estamos en búsqueda de un Técnico de Mantenimiento para el área de operaciones.

Job Responsibilities

Conocimiento de los principios y métodos (p. Ej., Secuencias de instalaciones, coordinación con otras operaciones, doblado de conductos, extracción de cables, clasificación de equipos) utilizados en la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas y componentes eléctricos (por ejemplo, cableado, interruptores, iluminación, transformadores, tablero de distribución, centros de control de motores) para realizar tareas de mantenimiento.
• Identificar, solucionar y reparar problemas eléctricos mecánicos, hidráulicos, neumáticos en el equipo de producción.
• Posibilidad de solucionar problemas eléctricos, mecánicos, neumáticos para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y adecuado de los equipos de la línea de producción.
• Poder y estar dispuesto a trabajar en entornos no ideales, tales como: espacios confinados, trabajar en alturas, polvo / sucio y alrededor de productos químicos, altas temperaturas (frio/calor).
• Conocer, comprender y aplicar prácticas laborales seguras relacionadas con lo siguiente: protección respiratoria, plataformas de trabajo elevadas, protección contra caídas, control de energía peligrosa (procedimiento de bloqueo / etiquetado loto), sistemas de protección contra incendios, seguridad eléctrica, montacargas, soldadura electrica, corte , brazing, entrada a espacios confinados, y EPP
• Conocimiento de las aplicaciones informáticas (por ejemplo, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook) para ayudar a completar asignaciones de trabajo.

Background & Skills

Carrera técnica terminada
Habilidades básicas de programación PLC
Conocimiento en pruebas de fugas, LDS, bombas de vacío
Servicio a máquinas de soldadura láser e inducción
Conocimientos en electricidad, neumática, mecánica de piso
Disponibilidad de horario (turnos rotativos de 12 hrs x 4 dias)
