Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team (process, manufacturing, product, maintenance).
Drive the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).
Support new product launches, equipment installation, and layout changes.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Develop and manage engineering budgets and resource planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a Tier 1 automotive or metal-mechanical company.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and performance management.
Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
Fluent in English
