Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team (process, manufacturing, product, maintenance).
• Drive the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).
• Support new product launches, equipment installation, and layout changes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and manage engineering budgets and resource planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a Tier 1 automotive or metal-mechanical company.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Fluent in English
