Ensure the compliance of the companu Quality Management system through constant supervision of the materials reception, bottling, labeling, packaging, and shipping processes, while maintaining all certifications up to date and detecting and implementing corrective and preventive actions of justified customer complaints and ensure the technical feasibility of new materials and products.
Main Responsibilities:
Quality
Ensure the Quality Management System compliance.
Coordinate and supervise the analyses of materials, WIP and Finished Goods.
Validate the quality processes of suppliers through scheduled visits to their facilities.
Support Operations and Marketing in overseeing the technical aspects and feasibility of new materials through coordination of test trials with the suppliers and in bottling lines and in the creation of results reports.
Ensure with the Supply Chain Manager that the non-conforming materials from suppliers are collected in less than 72 hours after the rejection is communicated to the supplier.
Create and develop the documentation required to build a Quality Management System.
Ensure the implementation with the distilleries and suppliers of corrective and preventive actions through the root cause analysis of quality incidences.
Validate customer complaints and deliver Root Cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain all certificates valid and up to date.
Bottling
Supervise, validate, and report the scrap level in materials from the bottling, labeling, and packaging processes.
Supervise, validate, and report the scrap level in materials detected in production line from suppliers.
Audit the veracity and certainty of the scrap reports generated by the distillery.
Reporting
Generate quality tracking and supplier performance reports.
Generate technical feasibility reports with photographic evidence and conclusions.
Generate quality incidences and customer complaints tracking reports.
Generate monthly quality KPI reports.
Experience
Industrial Engineering, Food science or similar.
Masters in Quality Management.
At least 4 years in Quality Management in the food and beverages industry. Tequila industry is a plus.
Quality Processes such as Statistical Process Control, Military Standard Revision, Root Cause Analyses, 8D's, etc.

ISO, HAACP, OHSAS, GMP and Kosher certifications management
Intermediate / Advanced English

MS Office Excel Intermediate / Advanced
