A Manufacturing Manager in the electronics industry plays a crucial role in overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Advanced knowledge of Class 2 and Class 3 electronics manufacturing processes.

Advanced knowledge of PCBA assembly and SMT processes.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Manufacturing Expertise: Provide strategic insights into Class 2 & Class 3 electronics manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production flow.

Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Manage and optimize resources, assets, and production costs.

Monitor product quality and enforce strict quality control measures.

Lead and mentor manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and sales teams to align production goals.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in an international environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of PCBA assembly, SMT processes, box build, and testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and production scheduling tools.

Additional benefits

Competitive monthly salary of 60,000 to 70,000.
