- BS in Engineering, postgraduate education desirable.

- ~10 years of automotive experience.

- Extensive experience in CNC high precision machining processes.

- Experience managing a big operation with over 500 operatives.

- Good leadership, assertive communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

- Advanced English level for communication.

- Desirable aluminium casting manufacturing.
