"Production Group Leader"

Requirements:

• Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar Engineering.
• ADVANCED English ESSENTIAL (Profiles that do not meet the requirement will be automatically discarded)
• At least 5 years of experience in personnel management and manufacturing processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Availability of Rotate shifts.
• Availability on weekends

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for manufacturing processes, manage a production group.
• Responsible for Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & People Development to assure areas good performance.
• KPI´s management.
• Daily abnormality handling in order to comply to assure a stable operation.
• Improve manufacturing processes performance through problem solving, PDCA and TPS tools.
• Leadership.
• Team Members training
