Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Customer-specific requirements as applicable.
• Knowledge of product safety.
• Proficient in problem-solving tools.
• Experience implementing engineering changes (PECR – Process & Equipment Change Request).
• Knowledge of process audits (VDA 6.3).
• Proficient in Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA).
• Six Sigma knowledge.
• Understanding of geometric tolerancing.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 standard.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support management in the execution of the production plan for the ongoing project.
• Support engineering changes.
• Manage PFMEA and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Carry out product improvement activities aimed at cost reduction.
• Maintain a warranty interest plan to contain and correct product-related return issues.
• Support the operation of cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System), ISO 14001, customer-specific requirements, company procedures, and other applicable standards.
• Ensure and support that the plant and manufacturing processes comply with all health and safety regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for carrying out activities related to engineering changes via PECR (Process Engineering Change Request).
• Maintain process engineering changes for the execution of assigned processes.
• Ensure company representation during customer visits and support product review functions.
• Ensure open and supportive communication during customer site and production line visits.
• Efficiently carry out continuous improvement activities to maximize company-wide value.
• Train and lead teams to support assigned projects.
• Support Six Sigma initiatives.
• Provide support in problem-solving.
• Support coordination of production lines with a focus on continuous improvement and optimizing time and resources.
• Optimize production processes to minimize emissions, waste generation, and energy consumption.
• Handle and control materials and waste, ensuring appropriate handling, labeling, and storage.
• Comply with the company's Quality Policy.
• Comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy (ISO 14001).
• Identify environmental aspects generated by activities in their area of work.
• Participate in the APS (Ampure Production System).
• Comply with the company's policies and core values.
