Figma portfolio is a MUST ,

?Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products in multidisciplinary teams
• Solid knowledge in UX and Design Thinking disciplines
• Experience in processes like process mapping, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Proficiency with tools: Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision, UserTesting
• Experience in building and managing Design Systems
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshops
• Experience designing for mobile (native and hybrid)
• User-centered design approach

Key Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (3+ years of experience)
• Strong presentation, argumentation, and design adaptation skills
• Fluent communication in English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to prototype quickly and design micro-interactions
• Experience working with development teams

Responsibilities:

• Design screens and flows for internal tools in close collaboration with the development team.
• Create functional and visually appealing prototypes and interactions.
• Participate in design presentations, defend proposals, and adapt solutions based on feedback.
• Collaborate in the creation and improvement of business-facing tools like portals (e.g., supplier sourcing).
• Translate business needs into clear, functional, and efficient visual solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver results on tight timelines (less than one month per project).

Position: UX/Visual Designer (Remote – Preference for Mexico City)

Mode: Remote (strong preference for candidates based in Mexico City to assist to workshops)

Hours per week: 30–35 hours

Duration: Contract 6Mo with the possibility of extension

Maximum Salary: MXN 60,000 per month + Law benefits
