Supplier Quality Process Specialist, you will:
Manage corporate administrative functions for all FCA facilities for internal and external NCT/system users (e.g.: user security access)
Develop and deliver training content to internal and external NCT system users at all levels of management for proper and effective use of the NCT and GIM systems to ensure alignment with business goals
Effectively communicate with Sr. Leadership in manufacturing, finance, purchasing, and SQ to ensure the appropriate levels of SCAP approval are effectively maintained for timely approval of supplier responsible incidents
Identify opportunities to improve NCT and GIM system efficiencies and present to leadership for approval
Use Qlik/Power BI Tools for reporting metrics and ensure they continue to provide accurate and timely information by validating the information before it is published
Manage and drive the root cause and corrective action process for systemic issues impacting business processes, i.e., NCT/SCAP, or GIM information systems
Ensure NCT program compliance in all FCA facilities to established standards and customer requirements
Complete day to day tasks, i.e., creating email users, giving access to NCT Qlik App, Maintaining internal/external user lists of users able to write/close NCT Tickets, CLSD SCAP approvers, dispute approvers, etc
If required, reopen NC Tickets that have been closed by an FCA facility
Manage GIM system administrative functions to ensure program compliance to established standards and customer requirements, i.e., reviewing GIMS to ensure issues are described and assigned correctly
Develop and deliver training content to GIM system users, and provide coaching when needed
Organize and maintain Team sites with appropriate information, i.e., FAQ's, work instructions, etc., in order to direct SQE's to needed information for increased job performance efficiency
Develop/present recommendations to SQ Leadership for key KPI Goals to improve NCT and GIM performance
Formulate and maintain monthly reports that show performance to goal/objectives
Identify top warranty issues engage supplier quality partners on the resolution
Report top warranty performance to purchasing and supplier quality leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field or a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
Success working with Qlik Sense, Power BI, SQL & Palantir
Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
Ability to analyze and prioritize work to meet objectives
Knowledge in warranty systems and analysis of warranty concerns
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Supplier Quality Processes and IT Systems
Excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Use of Palantir, Warranty Information System (WIS), Quality Narrative Analyzer (QNA), Quantic, Non-Conformance Tracking System (NCT), Global Issue Management System (GIM)
Use Qlik/Power BI Tools for reporting metrics and ensure they continue to provide accurate and timely information by validating the information before it is published
Manage CQMS as administrator in supporting Supplier Quality Development (SQD) with specific task or deliverables that require administrative support
Ensure IATF certification compliance is evident with all Stellantis NA supplier's facilities to established standards and customer requirements, i.e. manage IATF application for certificate approvals
Manage the Red Supplier list for missing IATF certificates, communicate monthly with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) with list of suppliers with missing/expired certificates, i.e. use of the PowerBI Red Supplier Report application
Complete day to day tasks, i.e., providing support to Supplier Quality Development (SQD) department on core tool processes, obstacles with supply base related to core tools
Represent Supplier Quality Development (SQD) NA as the APQP Referent, communicate and guide all new and upcoming global processes & guidelines related to APQP. Support all APQP activities and global updates that stem from Monthly global APQP meetings.
Develop new communities of practice (CoP's) in Auros
Manage Auros application as administrator in supporting Supplier Quality Development (SQD) with specific task or deliverables that require administrative support
Manage administrative functions related to APQP & PPAP processes to ensure program compliance and milestones are being met. Work within the Auros application system to administer Supplier Quality changes in relation to APQP & PPAP task and deliverables.
Develop and deliver training content to Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) system users, and provide coaching when needed for Supplier Quality core tools
Organize and maintain Team sites with appropriate information, i.e., FAQ's, work instructions, etc., to direct Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) to needed information for increased job performance efficiency
Support the development of Supplier Quality Leadership Goals
Develop/present recommendations & report out to SQ Leadership for key KPI Goals (using eSQAL) to improve all required quality metrics, i.e. 3MIS, Launch Readiness, Recall Campaigns, Mass Production Audits, etc.
Formulate and maintain monthly reports that show performance to goal/objectives
Keep management informed of significant issues and actions taken to improve them
Interact with AIAG, IAOB & IATF organizations
Lead Capacity Assessment Tool for North America
