Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration required; MBA preferred
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience
Previous experience in purchasing, sourcing, or commercial roles (e.g. contract negotiations, market assessments, strategy development)
At least 5 years of experience in project and/or program management
Advanced English required
Key Responsibilities
Develop IT category strategies by leading a cross-functional team
Conduct internal and external assessments to understand business requirements and market dynamics
Generate and evaluate strategic options (commercial, technical specifications, and demand levers)
Align IT category strategy with business, technology, and manufacturing needs
Manage sourcing activities for the IT category
Lead initiatives that deliver cost savings or added value through strong project management
Monitor spending to identify price and volume variances and adjust strategies accordingly
Develop and manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement
Forecast annual category cost impacts and price fluctuations
Create annual supplier engagement plans
Identify and develop new supplier capabilities
Lead RFI and RFP processes using eRFx tools
Negotiate contracts and amendments to support strategy and achieve cost advantages
Oversee contract compliance and approve supplier price increase requests
