The Senior Enterprise AI Architect at Nissan Digital plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining AI architectural patterns, participating in Enterprise Review Board (ERB) meetings, and supporting peers to solve business problems with AI-driven solutions. The AI Architect guides development teams to build secure, robust, and operationally excellent AI solutions. This role involves collaboration across various domains, including AI model development, data engineering, infrastructure, application security, integration, software and product evaluation, and data/analytics

Required Skills:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

· Minimum 8 years of total IT experience with at least 3 years of current AI development experience.

· Experience with AI model development, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

· Agentic AI implementation experience.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in architecting and building complex AI systems.

· Deep understanding of cloud, cloud-native, and serverless technologies.

· Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and proven experience in setting up end-to-end data pipelines for AI applications.

· Proficiency in the latest AI architecture patterns and best practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

· Strong knowledge of AI application security concepts, including data privacy, model security, and ethical AI practices.

· Experience troubleshooting performance issues in AI applications and implementing performance optimization strategies.

· Ability to multi-task and work with ambiguity.

· Demonstrates solid persuasion and negotiation skills, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills.

· Solid group session facilitation skills, leading productive discussions, eliciting input, and driving consensus.

· English language fluency is essential.

Preferred Skills:

· Master's or PhD in Computer Science or Data Science and Engineering

· Experience with hybrid AI development is a plus.

· Experience with automotive or related industries.

· Certifications in AI development, security, or related fields.

· Cloud architecture certifications, preferably AWS.
