Job Description
The Director of Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining multi-department and multi-site operating budgets and business initiatives. They also develop labor strategies in alignment with functional and business priorities, participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and policies, and formulate short-and long-term initiatives consistent with business strategies. Additionally, they select, develop, and motivate the company's management talent, support the development of new products and process capability, and ensure compliance with quality systems and environmental management. They initiate action to prevent nonconformities and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System.

Requirements

• +10 years of experience in injection molding operation management.
• Demonstrated technical background in plastic injection production processes, tooling, equipment, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer skills (Excel).
• Experience in the automotive industry or electronic.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001.
• Advanced English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
