About the Job

Follow up on the Sales and Operation Planning analysis and process to establish strategies to meet the demand sent by the commercial area, in such a way as to ensure efficient and correct production planning, the operational capacity of the plants and a correct projection in the purchase of raw materials, ensuring compliance with the operational and commercial objectives of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration or similar field.
• 5+ years in planning demand, supply chain, or similar.
• Knowledge of planning tools such as SAP, ERP, MRP.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to manage complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
• Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Desirable

• Certification in inventory control and S&OP process.
• Knowledge of APICS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans aligned with market demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Analyze the need for raw materials and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely supply.
• Monitor the monthly S&OP process and execute the actions in the system necessary for the correct flow of information in SAP-IBP
• Monitor and adjust the production plan based on changes in demand, operational unforeseen events or scheduled maintenance.
• Analyze raw material consumption and make the necessary requisitions based on the S&OP process analysis
• Continuously review new MTO/MTS demands to ensure the supply and purchase of necessary materials
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in production planning.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with customer service objectives.
• Prepare production reports, graphics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and process optimization.
• Preparation of informational, follow-up and decision-making meetings, whether daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly.
• Coordinate project meetings for new products that correspond to your production site.
