Key Responsibilities and Competencies

·Perform root cause analysis of manufacturing defects using inspection techniques, data analysis, design of experiments (DOE), and other structured methodologies.

·Lead and execute quality improvement initiatives using the 8D problem-solving process.

·Prepare and communicate quality performance reports and metrics to support continuous improvement.

·Demonstrate a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

·Exhibit sound judgment in quality-related decisions and actions.

·Collaborate effectively in a team environment, maintaining clear and professional communication with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

·Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.

Job Requirements

·BS Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering

·1 year of experience in manufacturing environment

·Experience in failure analysis is preferred.

·Background in quality and/or process engineering roles.

·Proficient in data entry and data management.

·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

·Bilingual (English and Spanish).

·Valid Visa/passport.
