BlackHawk Industrial, a leading company in distribution of supplies for maquiladoras, is looking for a Data Integrity Analyst

The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for populating and maintaining accurate item master information to facilitate product sourcing, distribution, and data analysis activities. This person is also involved in investigating and resolving data issues tied to the item master that negatively impact all business transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop methods/processes for detecting and correcting data quality issues in existing data files.

· Perform ad-hoc duties including analysis in support of ongoing business needs

· Create master data file setups for new items and maintain existing item master data files for all departments.

· Assist in updating Supplier pricing

· Actively seek creative supply solutions to optimize Supply Planning

· Perform root-cause analysis on master data-related and system integration problems; recommend and execute corrective actions

· Perform data cleansing, audit, and validation in concert with established company standards

· Extract, manipulate, and summarize item data records in a meaningful way that clearly communicates data quality to key stakeholders

· Work closely with employees, department leaders, customers, and suppliers to resolve inventory issues

· Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficient in problem solving and analytical skills

· Must be able to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy

· Must be proficient in basic computer operation and knowledgeable about position- specific software programs (CommerceCenter and Excel in particular)

· Proficient verbal and written communication skills

· Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to drive analysis-driven change

· Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal customer and fellow teammates at all levels

· Demonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements

· In-depth knowledge of BI tools, practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

· Proficient verbal and written communication skills (spanish and english)

· Proficient in Excel

· Proficient in SQL preferred

· 1-2 years in the Industrial Distribution market is preferred.

· Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Business, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply or related field with minimum 3 years experience or minimum of 7 years related experience
