We're looking for a seasoned Cloud Engineer / DevOps Technical Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to lead cloud transformation initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions. You will guide both clients and technical teams through complex migration and modernization efforts with a strong consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Azure-based infrastructures tailored to client requirements.
• Lead migration projects, including from on-premises to cloud and between cloud providers.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using DevOps practices and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business goals.
• Oversee system performance, security, and cost-efficiency, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to engineers, promoting best practices and innovation.
• Present migration roadmaps, adoption strategies, and optimization plans to clients and leadership.
• Resolve infrastructure issues quickly to minimize disruption to client operations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies where they bring value.

Must-Have Technical Expertise

• Azure Cloud Services – Advanced proficiency
• Cloud Migrations – Planning and execution across environments
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform (or equivalent)
• Containerization – Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Scripting – Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Monitoring – Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
• Security & Compliance – Best practices in cloud environments
• Bonus: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Kafka, or LLM GenAI deployment

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps engineering roles
• 3+ years leading technical teams or high-impact projects
