OVERVIEW
Contribute to industrial design efforts in various stages of product commercialization
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help develop user-centric design solutions that solve complex problems
- Participate in brainstorms and internal project reviews
- Support research activities (new technologies and process implementation)
- Process and documentation support
- Learn about product commercialization development
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Programming, Mechanical and Mechatronic careers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Junior level status (preferred coursing last semester of their career but not limited)
- Experience in software development (ex. C++, LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, etc.)
- Desirable knowledge in Mechanical design (ex. Software platforms, 3D print, machining usage etc.)
- Open to learn new skills (technical and soft skills) and share new ideas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate and present ideas internally/externally
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
