At PwC, our business application consulting professionals help organizations optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals through the implementation and ongoing support of SAP solutions. As part of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, you will support and evolve finance-critical applications for global clients.

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will focus on understanding client needs, configuring and supporting SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO), and improving financial reporting, operational accuracy, and compliance.

Experience Requirement:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO (modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.)
• Experience in implementation or support projects (AMS or rollout)
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA preferred (but ECC experience also considered)
• Past experience leading client-facing projects is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation and support projects for SAP FICO in global delivery models
• Configure financial and controlling modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, CO, AA, Cost Centers, Internal Orders)
• Analyze and troubleshoot financial and controlling processes
• Deliver solutions aligned with client requirements and PwC quality standards
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure process integration across modules
• Create documentation, test cases, and conduct UAT with stakeholders
• Handle post-go-live support and issue resolution within SLA timelines
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building in the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience in a functional or techno-functional role
• English proficiency (oral and written) for client-facing communication
• Ability to understand financial business processes and convert them into SAP system design

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP FICO
• SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (nice to have)
• ITIL Foundations Certification (desirable)
