Job Requirements
Minimum university degree required.
Previous experience in the purchasing department.
Intermediate English and Chinese skills desirable.
Job Responsibilities
Management of office purchase process, operating supplies, maintenance service, source search, quote, price comparison and negotiation process.
Operational ecatalog, SAP, eRFQ, eflow systems, purchase order release.
Control of reception and delivery of MRO material.
Communication between applicant and provider, feedback, management of the exchange / return process.
Provide documentation, complete custom requirements for imported parts/equipment.
Find a qualified source of supply, carry out the process of new suppliers, communication for payment, evaluation of suppliers, maintenance of the relationship of the supplier chain and product satisfaction, price review.
