Our client, one of the largest corrugated machinery manufacturer in the world with plants in the US, Europe and Asia is looking for a Project Leader/Manager LATAM with a good level of English, based out of Mexico (CDMX, GDL, MTY, or QRO).

Dimensions:

Manage all aspects of moderate to complex projects from inception to conclusion. Projects mostly consist of machine sales and post installation changes. Project managemet, scope definition, risk identification, Project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation and other áreas bases on knowledge and background.

Key Responsibilities:

•Work with sales, engineering, and product management at proposal stage to define appropriate machine configuration.

•Provide technical sales support by creating and giving presentations to customers as needed.

•Interface with customer, sales, field service, accounting and operations as necessary to generate cost estimated, gross profit analyses, production estimates and risk analyses.

•Assist in customer demos as needed.

•Point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.

•Participate or lead negotiations with internal or external clients; manage relationships including conducting planning sessions to define Project scope and performance expectations.

•Assist with the develpoment of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.

5 years required experience:

•Managing Projects

•In a manufacturing environment

•Microsoft Project

BS degree in Engineering

Advanced level of English (C1-C2)

Travel (60-70%) to Mexico, US and LATAM (at customers facilities)
