The Opportunity
Lead RGM Capabilities area transformation by improving and developing RGM processes, Tools, Frameworks and support RGM translation initiatives to be implemented
Your Impact
As a Revenue Mgmt Sr Coordinator, your responsibilities would consist of:
- Prepare tracking reports to manage implementation governance
- Lead RGM capabilities & playbooks initiatives for Caricam
- Ensures alignment, development and governance of RGM processes
- Develop new tools to support RGM plans
- Develop tracking of initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of RGM initiatives
- Develop ROI analysis utilizing consumer information to generate insights for promotional strategy
- Develop promotional guidelines and playbooks to connect with
- Manage and Control budget for RGM projects
- Develop strong relationships with finance, marketing and finance areas to improve the business sense and to increase the influence power of RGM area
- Demonstrate the ability to cross-functionally gather, analyze, and make RM recommendations that help drive profitability and growth.
- Provide analytical support and business recommendations based on findings and key consumer insights.
- Support global/regional tools and frameworks to land with correct granularity and requirements of CARICAM- Develop processes and digitalization initiatives to drive RGM efficienty across Caricam
- Work aligned to capabilities sector agenda to implement tools and processes
¿Who Are We Looking For?
- 3-5 years of experience in RM / Pricing / Capabilties
- Excel advanced
- English Intermediate or advanced
- Demonstrate the ability to cross-functionally gather, analyze, and make RM recommendations to drive profitability and growth.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple source to drive decisions
- Deep Net Revenue Management strategy and operating experience
- Broad multi-channel sales experience
- Strategic thinking skills - ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution, including strong analytical skills
- Ability to take the best possible decision with low or limited information
- Strong commercial ability to guarantee all complexity of RM analysis to be translated into simple and effective communication
- Self starter - able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
- Influencing skills - demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at senior level
- Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Change management - leading large scale change throughout levels of an organization
- Proven leadership and people development of a diverse team / group of stakeholders
- Experience with statistical and analytical tools: Alteryx, R, Python very desirable
