Joining the Finance Team as a Treasury Executive you will collaborate with the Treasury (TR) activities within the TUI Global Business Services to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Preparation and execution of automatic and manual payments.
• Bank guarantees, prepayments and no calendar payments.
• Accounting of banking expenses and commissions.
• Review and modification of the payment types and bank accounts.
• Provide assistance to Business Supports’ Treasury needs
• Assisting the Treasury Team Lead, your role will include executive tasks in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. 
• Tasks include: KPI´s report, Payment Monthly Report, as well as supporting and providing Treasury documentation to TGBS team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems under supervision.

ABOUT YOU

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business advantageous.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English is advantageous.
• A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks.
• Proficient in using MS Outlook and strong MS Excel skills
• Working knowledge of SAP advantageous
• Experience in similar position minimum of 1 year developing Treasury matters
