What you'll do:

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving Fortinet, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto technologies

* Monitor vulnerabilities and manage hardware/software upgrades

* Lead technical sessions with customers and vendors (in English)

* Design and optimize secure network topologies

* Ensure systems are audit-ready and aligned with best practices

What we're looking for:

* 6+ years of experience in enterprise network & security engineering

* Certifications: PCNSE, PCNSA, Fortinet FCSS & FCP (required); Cisco CCNP, Checkpoint CCSA (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of firewalls, proxies, IPS, AV, NAC, WLAN/LAN/VPN

* Fluent in English & Spanish (90% English required)

* Solid understanding of IT compliance, ITIL processes, and cybersecurity best practices

* Experience leading teams and coordinating project activities
