• Lead the end-to-end migration process from Trend Micro to Defender for Endpoint on *NIX devices.
• Design, test, validate, and document streamlined migration procedures tailored to enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and internal teams to automate migration workflows and transition them into production environments.
• Monitor migration performance, identify failures or anomalies, and execute timely troubleshooting and remediation.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer (KT) and work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure continuity and alignment with internal standards.
• Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with compliance and audit requirements.

Perfil del candidato

• Proven experience executing Trend Micro to Defender for Endpoint migrations on Unix/Linux devices.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint protection platforms, security protocols, and enterprise-grade migration strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills within complex, global IT environments.
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in cross-functional and cross-organizational settings.
• Experience working with automation tools and coordinating third-party integrations.
