Sales Technical Support Master

Requirements:

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of security solutions.

Generate innovative, optimized and quality solutions for clients based on their needs that enable to increase revenue and competitiveness in the market.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

1. Sales Technical Support (Pre-sales Engineering / Solution Architecture)

• Experiencia apoyando equipos comerciales o preventa en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas.
• Capacidad para traducir requerimientos del cliente en soluciones técnicas viables.
• Participación en RFPs, RFIs y creación de SoW (Statement of Work).

1. Microsoft Azure Cloud Expertise

• Diseño e implementación de soluciones en Azure.
• Experiencia con servicios core: Azure AD, Virtual Networks, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, etc.
• Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de seguridad y gobernanza en Azure (por ejemplo, RBAC, políticas, blueprints).

3. AI Solutions Understanding (Azure AI o similares)

· Conocimiento práctico de servicios de inteligencia artificial, machine learning o análisis predictivo.

Nice to Have (Deseables)

• Certificaciones en Azure (ej. AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500).
• Experiencia previa en entornos multicloud o híbridos.
• Conocimiento en herramientas de seguridad en la nube.
• Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo/logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).

Responsabilities:

Attend RFP (Request for Proposal) following the defined process

Support sales teams to identify opportunities and accompany them in exploratory sessions with potential customers

Act as Cybersecurity SME in the practice by providing thought leadership across the organization

Work with the practice in initiatives that encourage the growth of the practice
