We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager with solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle, a general understanding of technical architectures and SaaS environments, as well as strong skills to interpret technical documentation and collaborate in defining solutions and integrations (APIs, technical dependencies).

You will lead the planning and execution of strategic and cross-functional projects within a technology product development organization (LegalTech), using agile methodologies and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage software projects from start to finish, including planning, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, operations).
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting project progress.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development.
• Support the definition of technical architectures and integration efforts.
• Document project plans and ensure timely deliveries.
• Establish metrics and drive operational improvements.
• Communicate risks, progress, and releases to stakeholders.
• Standardize project management best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience managing technical projects with software teams.
• 5+ years working in technology companies, preferably under SaaS models.
• 3+ years leading software development projects with strict deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Roadmunk.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline.

Preferred:

• Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, Scaled Agilist.
• Advanced conversational English (constant interaction with international teams).
