HUAWEI Queretaro is looking for a motivated candidate to join us as: Product Technology Assurance Specialist (Remote Delivery)

Location: El Marqués, QRO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Handling customer service requests from Latin America representative offices.

•Communicate with customers to ensure project implementation. 

•Performing Customer Network Health Check and Maintenance Inspections.

•Line-up professional modules to integrate and ensures outputs are feasible to deliver with a effective service delivery plan.

•Identify and manage issues and risks while acting as an escalation point.

•Implement routine monitoring, identify progress issues and take preventive measures.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor or above degree in Smart Networks, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or related.

•Familiar with Agile Principles.

•Knowledge of Wireless and Network planning and optimization.

•Basic knowledge of IP network and OSS.

•Relative experience managing technology projects.

SKILLS:

•Fluent English, conversation and writing.

•Strong working relationships with other teams.

•Quick learning technical and procedural topics.
