Requirements:

· 2 to 3 years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role, leading testing teams.

· Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

· Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and test automation.

· Desirable knowledge of performance testing.

· Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· ISTQB certification is a plus.

· Advanced English proficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the functionality and quality of software products.

· Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with developers to resolve them.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test cases accordingly.

· Perform functional testing to verify that the software meets specified requirements and behaves as expected.

· Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.

· Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.

· Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.

· Provide timely and accurate reporting on test progress, test coverage, and defect metrics to project stakeholders.

· Collaborate with project managers and other team members to prioritize and manage testing efforts.
