Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Protect Cell & Oracle Item Master Data Specialist to support critical operations across both billing system asset management (Protect Cell) and Oracle ERP item master data maintenance. This dual-role position is responsible for executing a high volume of equipment swaps and disposals in Netcracker, along with Oracle data entry, validation, and issue resolution for item records.

This position ensures the accurate lifecycle tracking of serialized assets and supports data integrity across systems, enabling efficient supply chain and billing operations.

Responsibilities:

-Protect Cell Management (50%)

-Execute asset swaps and disposals within the Netcracker billing system, ensuring timely and accurate updates:

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Netcracker and Oracle ERP.

-Coordinate with field service, logistics, and finance teams to validate asset status, locations, and updates.

-Ensure accurate tracking of serialized assets in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

-Access Oracle ERP to cross-reference item data for accurate billing and asset management.

Enter and maintain item records in the Oracle Item Master for SKUs related to spares, consumables, and project materials.

-Populate and validate key item attributes such as:

-Manufacturer Name

-Manufacturer Part Number

-SKU Lead Times

-Product Images

-Support cleanup efforts on incomplete data (~20,000 active SKUs), with particular attention to those impacting Protect Cell workflows.

-Collaborate with procurement and engineering to obtain missing information for data enrichment.

-Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle data issues flagged during Protect Cell operations or internal audits.

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.

-2–4 years of experience in data entry, ERP systems, or asset management (Oracle and/or Netcracker experience highly preferred).

-English B2 or above (written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

-Hands-on experience with Netcracker or other telecom asset management/billing systems.

-Familiarity with Oracle ERP, especially item master and inventory modules.
