Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy support expert to manage customer-facing integration projects and troubleshoot advanced configurations. If you enjoy digging deep into APIs, mapping data flows, and guiding users through technical setups, this is your kind of role.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex integration issues and assist clients in setup/configuration
- Manage data imports/exports and troubleshoot SaaS/API workflows
- Identify bugs vs. feature limitations and provide smart workarounds
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- Support Tier 1 agents through coaching and documentation
- Lead projects across teams and ensure integration success
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Technical Support or integration-specific experience
- Hands-on knowledge of SaaS platforms and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, HTML, SQL, and QA/testing tools
- Strong understanding of data mapping and flow between systems
- Experience managing multiple priorities and escalations
