Siemens Energy is looking for a project support manager with hands-on industrial equipment expertise. This position will be located in Queretaro, Mexico. The position is responsible for multiple project planning set up and updating of planned activities from beginning to end. They balance project intersections, keep track of work in progress and collaborate with project managers.

The individual will work with project managers, planers, supervisors, repair engineers and others to ensure the overall scope of supply per the proposal is complete & accurate in the project plan. The individual will manage multi-faceted projects. The candidates will have responsible for communicating with all levels of the organization.

• Determine the optimal resource mix for delivering scheduled activities to best achieve an organization's operational and financial goals.
• Take ownership of the centralized management of the processes, methods, and technologies used by project managers.
• Responsible for maximizing business value at a strategic level that translates into project planning strategy into execution.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• One (1) year of experience with a Project Management platform tool.
• Experience dealing directly with project managers, milestones, and key project deliverables.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts, practices and procedures, and schedule management tools (e.g. MS Project or equivalent)
• Leadership skills including relentless problem-solving, big-picture focus, complex and linear thinking, effectively working under pressure, and a pleasant personality.
• Proficiency in the application of computerized systems, including standard business applications (i.e. MS Office)
• Qualified individuals are able to clearly and precisely communicate effectively both orally & written. Candidates will prepare & make presentations to any internal /external client level.
• Candidate should be self-motivated, well-organized to prioritize work, have good listening skills, and accurately relay information to others.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish

Specific Job Skills Preferred

• Proficient with Planview Software.
• PMP ( Project Management Professional) Certification a plus
• Familiar with centrifugal and/or reciprocating compressors.

Additional Position Requirements:

• Up to 25% OT on an annual basis.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Possession of a current passport
• Ability to travel by plane
