Main responsibilities are:

-Define the IT strategy to support growth, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency at QIC.
-Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation and digitalization needs, and implement effective tech solutions.
-Lead the systems team, manage technological infrastructure and cybersecurity, and coordinate plans and priorities with the business.
-Drive the adoption of agile tools and improve internal processes, ensuring business continuity.
-Oversee operational processes, provide support to clients and users, and improve productivity.
-Manage IT governance, align tech initiatives with business goals, and oversee the budget.
-Coordinate cybersecurity and risk management projects, and propose innovative digital technologies.
-Ensure compliance with local regulations and collaborate with QIC business areas and the parent company.

Profile

Must:

-Studies related to technology

-Leadership expertise in software development teams.

-Over 6 years in leadership or sub-leadership roles

-Technical competencies in system infrastructure, system development and architecture, project management, agile methodologies, and information security
