Job Summary

This role is part of our Future Talent Program - Leadership Track is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. What you will do

As a Future Talent Process Engineer, you are responsible for increased productivity of the coating area through the introduction of new projects and improvements and working in close collaboration with other project disciplines to deliver our business objectives.

Your main activities will be:

• Learn safety and environmental compliance of coating process.
• Support the Process Engineers production.
• Participate in mid-long term road map/strategy for coating area.
• Drive WCM continuous improvement activities to deliver outstanding results.
• Participate in global projects for new products introduction.
• Build networks with different clusters for quality and technical support.
• Be active member of factory leadership team.

We believe you have

• Recently completed your studies in Biotechnology or related Engineering.
• A solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks.
• A problem solver with a strong personal drive.
• Strong analytical mind-set
• A true finisher and have the ability to work independently.
• A team player with outstanding communication skills.
• Advanced English language (written and spoken) level.
• Availability to work full-time from January 22nd, 2024, on.
