WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
• Be part of the Americas Expansion team, focusing on US operations, Ext Affairs and North Americas Business Intelligence
• Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the GBS MX to generate key insights.
• Engage with End markets to open new capabilities and bring the Digital Transformation to new end markets
• Support and collaborate GBS MX teams in specific project to leverage candidate's business acumen.
• Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.
• Agile Methodology on going implementation, collaborate with DBS MX teams to develop agile in all areas.
• Support in building and auditing internal global project documentation by using an accenture/ Consultant methodology.
• Support in business presentations and creation of business cases.
• Project management to lead a team from the sign off until the deployment of the Digital transformation project

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• C1 English Level
• Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is required.
• Knowledge and not necessary experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based third-party applications is desirable.
• Analytics and data management experience highly preferred
• Ability set and monitor digital KPIs using different tools available and effectively monitor projects, run change communications, and create templates to effectively plan and track projects
• 2-3 years of experience in related roles
• Experienced working in projects
