Intern Configuration Services Engineer

The candidate will be part of an HP Lab, supporting LifeCycle Services, learning all processes from Requirements Gathering, Resource Planning, Prioritization and Escalation based on Business and Customer needs, Tool Automation, Process Enhancements, Hardware Procurement/Validation/Build to support all Services, New Product Introduction by deep analysis of Services. All of this by using latest HP commercial units, before they are even available on the market. This job position includes full training and practice in real projects with help of experienced Engineers, PMs and Subject Matter Experts to achieve candidate full potential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Learn HP Factory Services process, from Validation, Scheduling, Developing, Test and deploy Custom Images and Recovery Solutions
• Mostly Microsoft (Win10) and very small percentage of Linux images
• Leveraging corporate tools and processes
• Learn to identify Root cause analysis of factory stop ship issues
• Learn from experienced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution
• Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem

Education and Experience Required:
High School Degree 4th Year of University completed--typically a technical degree specialization.
