Project Manager for People Services

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.
This Role will support critical projects with Geographical impact. Projects mainly related to Workday optimization and automation. Project Management knowledge is required, Workday knowledge is a plus.
How you'll make your mark:
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing multiple programs from ideation through to completion
Accountable for the entire program scope, program team, resources, and the success or failure of each program
Coordinate and manage relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, serving as point of contact for the program to ensure actions remain in synergy
Assist in the definition of program scope, goals, and timeline
Establish targets for milestones, adhering to program timeline and allocating resources where appropriate
Delegate program tasks to program team members best positioned to complete them and motivate program team members to complete tasks on time
Perform quality control on all incoming and outgoing program documentation to maintain standards expected
Manage program progression and adapt work as required to meet program deadline
Document meeting notes and distribute to applicable team members
Create detailed reports of program progression for executive staff
Optimize and improve overall program management processes and approaches where necessary
Leverage backlog repository to initiate business need for additional programs
About you:
First level and advanced level university degree
4 - 6 years of experience in program management
Project Management certification is an advantage
Ability to develop meaningful relationships, network, rapport and trust in a remote model
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Collaborative and team player
Critical thinking and problem solving
Active listening, influencing, and negotiation
Detail oriented
Issue and resolution management
Written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; fluency in English
