Requirements:

Bachelor´s degree
At least 3 years of experience:
- Experience with various SSO configurations and capabilities (Web and IOS)
- Web, Enterprise, SaaS architectures
- Customer Faced
- Technical understanding of RESTful and JSON API implementation
- JavaScript and HTML/CSS
- Creation of UI designs
- Good understanding of customer support processes and infrastructure
- Familiarity with a backend programming language
- Configuration sessions (onsite or remote)
- Good understanding of support processes and infrastructure
- Willingness to travel 20%
Responsabilities:
- Produce Technical Design Documents (“TDD”) and Custom App Specification
- Perform functional testing and work closely with developers
- Conduct virtual technical trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions to customers
- Weekly communication to Engagement Manager on project status, issues
- Engage on several projects in parallel
- Maintain technical product expertise across the entire product line
- Respond to high-profile, high-impact customer escalations in a confident manner.
The position offers:
Base salary according experience 65,000 - 70,000 MXN
