YOUR MISSION

After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Atlanta, United States you will be part of the EPM team based in Guadalajara, México. This team is responsible of the planning, procurement and execution of a project, in any undertaking that has a defined scope, defined start and a defined end, ensuring quality, scope, cost and time schedules have been respected.

Your role will drive day-to-day Project Management operations from project launch to project closing, including on-site activities management where applicable. Involved with Sidel's higher risk and medium complexity projects and acts as a coach/mentor for the rest of the PM team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Hold a Master's Degree in Project Management or a relevant field applicable to the position.
• Have less than two years of experience since acquiring your Master's degree.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Italian and/or French is considered a plus.
