As a Business Analyst, IT-Finance, your role owns the support to existing and new systems and processes. You will serve as a consultant to the business to translate business requirements into processes or technical systems solutions. You will work with business partners and IT to enhance the quality of IT products and services. You will perform the appropriate analysis to inform business decisions and find technological solutions to business need.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise. Our IT function is made up of employees with varied backgrounds and knowledge. This diversity of skills and expertise allows us to bring creative and innovative solutions.
What you'll be doing
• Partner with business, product owners and tech delivery and operations teams to gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium size projects.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing across processes and projects; manage development and execution of unit/system test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Collaborate with business across all data management needs. Define, articulate, and implement business rules required for data accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Act as the primary SME for the data management process between IT developers and the business.
• Create and implement end-user support solutions in partnership with the global support organization for applications supported within the organization, partnering with the global service desk.
• Identify, analyze, implement, and document appropriate functional solutions and business flows for problems and issues that may impact small/medium Business and IT projects. Propose and implement solutions that may impact day-to-day operations and/or project costs. Use technical tools for (queries, process maps, etc) for problem resolution.
• Understand, follow, and enforce appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes.
• Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions or teams using structured communication plans. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function. Manage Organizational Change Management effort/cycle. Collaborate with the Finance team when necessary.
• Manage and coordinate training of others as appropriate on specific areas of business or systems expertise. Own the development of training materials.
• Other duties may be assigned.
What you'll bring

• Key skills and abilities include self-motivated, attention to detail, problem solving, presentation, communication, process improvement, an analytical mindset, and team player.
• Strong organizational and accountability skills required.
• Strong English language skills required; must be comfortable conversing in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, independently and under minimal direct supervision.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and dashboarding tools.
• Experience with people and team management desired.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project management frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree or local equivalent of same
• 2+ years of experience
• Expertise / understand cloud technologies, preferably Blackline, Concur, GetPaid, Kyriba, Oracle EPM
• Work with third party, Finance Leadership Team and/or business partner when issues are found; manage issues to closure.
