We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to be part of our growing team to shape the future!

What are you going to do?

This role is responsible for project execution. He anticipates, takes initiative, and ensures solutions are found to resolve issues that arise during project execution. He also make decisions regarding contract variations within their assigned authority.

Your challenges:

• Ypu will be responsible for the preparation and organization of fulfillment of the POr received by Sales

• Evaluate and interpre the order specifications, planning, budget, and other additional information

• Draft a Project plan

• Organize a kickoff meeting with all responsible members to discuss the project

• Discuss and establish the project approach, budget, and planning for execution with team leaders

• Organize, establish and maintain resources, methods, and techniques for project management and makes arrangements with other departments regarding the actions to be carried out

• Request resources from team leaders according to project needs, such as technical equipment, assembly, and logistics

• Anticipate risks (resources, technicians, time) in projects and defines an action plan to mitigate them.

• Monitor and manage project progress, design quality, client focus, budgets, internal communication and information flows, and the functioning of project operations;

• Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding work progress, potential issues, and the project management approach and tools;

Knowledge and skills:

• Project management skills
• Experience in joining techniques, machine safety, measurement, control, and statistical methods
• Internal organizational structures, processes, agreements, procedures, safety (health and safety standards), application programs, and business automation
• Commercial aspects of a project
• Sales skills
• Financial aspects of projects

What do you bring with you:

• A Bachelor Degree preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering
• PMI formation (preferably)
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Preferably experience in automotive field and international work environment;
• Excellent ability to work analytically and solving problems;
• Solution-oriented and have good communicative and organization skills.
• A positive and analytical view.
• English proficiency
