Description
We are looking for a Business Project Manager to lead industrial and strategic projects, ensuring end-to-end execution aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital & IT, and support areas within a multinational environment.
Key Requirements
Advanced English required for communication with global teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial projects in multinational companies.
Proven experience with SAP implementation.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, O365, or similar).
Knowledge of PMI (certification is a plus) and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum.
Familiarity with the STEM ecosystem (engineering, technology, science, or mathematics).
M&A integration experience is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Key skills: effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and ability to work under pressure.
International Mobility
Initial training in Italy (3 to 4 weeks).
Availability for occasional travel to the USA.
Valid passport and USA visa required.
