Overview

The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between our organization and our clients, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception through completion. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead cross-functional teams, uphold high quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within scope and budget. A commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully execute assigned projects in accordance with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and interpret project drawings, technical documentation, and contractual specifications to ensure alignment with deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with the Proposals team to facilitate seamless handoff from estimating to execution.
• Oversee project timelines, monitor milestones, and issue timely status reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Drafting, and Logistics teams to ensure project accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Actively participate in customer meetings and project-related discussions to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Provide solutions to client concerns and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely acquisition of project components and materials.
• Supervise internal project team members and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
• Maintain detailed and organized customer project files to support accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
• Demonstrate a professional and cooperative approach in all interactions with colleagues and external partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP
• Fully bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong business acumen and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & MS Project.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and in collaborative team settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
